the hotel was cool and spotlessly clean, it had excellent wi-fi, its location was ideal to bus stops that can take you all over the island. location: the venue was adjacent to the harbor and all bars/restaurants, attractions in the core georgetown area and love lane.

I recently stayed at a charming hotel in Georgetown for a few days. The dorms had privacy curtains, comfy beds with power outlets, and friendly staff. The location was perfect, close to delicious food options and a convenient store for alcohol. The hot water was a nice bonus. The room had a cozy Georgetown vibe, with wooden floors and shutters, and the owner was a delightful host. The pod-style beds in the dorms were well-appointed, with curtains, plugs, shelves, lights, and clothes racks. The showers were great and the staff were accommodating. The breakfast had a nice selection of jams and the shower facilities were clean. a wonderful experience.
I do recommend this hotel.

The decoration at Thirty Three Stewart Houze was tastefully done, with beautiful artwork and cozy seating areas in the common spaces. As a senior, I appreciated the comfortable chairs and sofas that were available throughout the hotel, providing a restful place to relax and unwind. Additionally, the hotel was easily accessible for senior people, with ramps and elevators making it convenient to move around, especially for those with mobility concerns. It was comforting to know that the hotel was designed with the comfort of seniors in mind.
I would have loved if the children working there could offer more assistance with luggage, as it can be challenging for seniors to handle heavy bags on their own. A little extra help in this area would have made the vacation even better for senior people like me.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of all the food action and within walking distance of the main bus station and ferry. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing helpful information about the city.
The room was quite small, making it difficult for us to move around with our large backpacks. the shared showers were not the most convenient, as we often had to wait in line to use them.

We had the friendliest welcome at a hotel in Malaysia. The family running the place went above and beyond to help us, even driving us to the airport. The central location allowed easy access to bus stops for exploring the island, and being in a historic city center and near Chinatown and Little India was a major plus.
The cleanliness of the rooms could be improved.

We had a great experience at Thirty Three! the staff were friendly and helpful, providing information on nearby attractions. the highlight was the refreshing water cooler that saved me on a hot day. the location is convenient and the price is reasonable. the host also went above and beyond by guiding us to a nearby doctor when my friend fell ill. The rooms may be small and the dining room cramped, but overall, it was a good choice for our stay. Cons: Nothing to complain about at all 😊.
